CLASS DESCRIPTIONSAqua Active (45 mins): A challenging workout for intermediate to advanced participants. A high intensity class using a variety of equipment.

Aqua Gentle (45 mins): A low intensity, easy paced class designed for the Active over 50’s.

Aqua Works (45 mins): Aimed at beginner to intermediate participants. A continuous class of low to moderate pace.

Aqua Zumba (45 mins): Aqua Zumba® incorporates dance and fi tness moves and fun, upbeat music.

BODYBALANCE® (60 mins): Is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds fl exibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Kundalini Yoga (60 mins): Is the yoga of awareness. It is a yoga for everybody on all levels of experience and age. Through breathe work (pranayama), postures (asana) and sound vibration (mantra) It is a fast track way to harmonise your mind, body and soul.

BODYPUMP® (60 mins): Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.

BODYCOMBAT® (60 mins): Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fi ercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BODYATTACK® (60 mins): Is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.

CARDIO BLAST (60 mins): A combination of drills, resistance training & cardiovascular conditioning. Pure adrenalin pumping action. Bring Your Gloves!

CORE BALL (50 mins): Strengthen & sculpt your abs hips & back while challenging your balance & coordination. Great for beginners to advanced.

GENTLE (45 mins): A very low impact class for the Active Over 50’s, or for those returning to structured exercise.

BALL & STRETCH (45 mins): Strengthen & sculpt your stomach, back & butt with this easy to follow ball class, followed by a stretch to length and relax.
