According to the Student Satisfaction and Engagement Survey, 100% of students who attended tutoring on a somewhat consistent basis either agreed or strongly that:
Tutoring gave me the opportunity to complete and turn in missing assignments
Attending tutoring made it easier to complete homework The tutors were knowledgeable and helped me when I
asked for help. Tutoring also had an impact on coursework
success: 41% of all grades were “F’s” in March 2012 and only 30% of grades were “F’s” in May 2012. From March to May, student’s overall grades improved an average of 1.39% and improved an average of 5.37% in core subject areas.

Results from the Satisfaction and Engagement Survey indicates: 84% of students “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that they
were more confident about their academic ability 76% of students “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that they
were more positive about school after being in the program. 88% of students “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that being in
the program had impacted them in a positive way 100% “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that the Student
Success Coordinator had provided services that were helpful to them
76% of students “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that they had learned about their strengths and abilities as a result of being in the program.
