Making sure we place the equipment in suitable area, and not to leave equipment lying on the floor. Also make sure the area around us is clear by pushing chairs under the table etc.

Be aware of where you are stepping and looking. Make sure you work as a group to carry the equipment

Be aware of other people, if there are too many people around, then wait and move the equipment when the corridors are more quiet

If it occurs, help the student up, make sure they are okay and move the equipment to a more suitable area

If someone in the group was to slip, make sure to help them up and check them for injury’s

Make sure the person is okay and pick up the equipment if it falls to move it out the way so no one can strip over it.

Now that we have created a risk assessment we are more aware of the risks during filming, this will give us an advantage, as we will be able to prevent things from going wrong. Therefore we can keep to our schedule and improve our time

management.
