SITE AND URBAN LANDSCAPE PLANNING : SITE ANALYSIS
PURPOSESIn 2000 the public company Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (Metropolitan Transport of Barcelona) decided to use this land to construct a bus depot with a capacity for 300 municipal buses. The size and location of the site offered the unusual opportunity to build the depot on 60,000 square metres of land that was perfectly connected with the road network. Nonetheless, the size and location of the building entailed a considerable risk of environmental impact at a potential point of access to Collserola Natural Park. The solution to this conflict of interests appearedwith the idea of providing the building with a large, accessible garden rooftop that would offer good views of the city and also serve as a transit zone between the urban fabric and the park.
FUNCTIONSThe depot occupies three semi-underground levels that are open to the Ronda de Dalt ring route and are covered with slabs of reinforced concrete with a surface area of 20,000 square metres. The slabs are distributed in horizontal platforms of seven metres square, which are graded to reproduce the original topography of the terrain. The roofing has a load capacity of 2,000 Kg/m² and there is a water-collecting drainpipe every forty metres. A grid of PVC panels of different heights has softened the stepped profile of the slab concrete without adding excessive dead weight. On this basis, large circular concrete concavities are formed on the roof and these collect rainwater in their centres. Of varying diameter, these large funnels are paved in bright colours and can function as spaces for skateboarding, water games and bicycle tracks. The interstitial spaces separating the funnels are planted with pines, clumps of bamboo and hyparrhenia grass to give continuity to the park’s natural vegetation

WATER VEGATATIONSome of the circular areas around the roofdrains have herbal plants or climbing plants(Bougainvillea, ivy and grass), on a mixed ground. Besides this, low trees have beenplanted (cherry, tamarind, chinaberry, pine, acacia, olive and Holm oak) disseminated in some of these areas andalso in paved areas.
The park uses the roof of the bus garage of barcelona transport company and it is main facade. The only parts that stick out are the emergency exits and the garage’s entrance bay.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGNPARK AND PAVILIONS ON THE ECOLOGICAL ROOF OF THE TMB BUS DEPOT , We are looking for new perspective, the aerial version, more in tune with 21th century than the frontal vision of the passerby, more proper of the 21th century. The park cannot be seen.
Under its surface, the park conceals a complex drainage system of the roof it i located on, with openings every 40 metres. It is a huge drainage and water -carrying machine that separates water in pipes and drains below the surface
ROOMSThere are also circular spaces that surroundthe mentioned drainage points and thatserve to establish sitting areas, either pavedin exposed concrete, sand or white marble pebbles and mortar or planted with grass.
ACTIVITIESAround the drains that the roof requires, different sized circles have been drawn covered and placed in different ways.Thos that serve as centres of activity are covered in rubber, sand or exposed

One of the results of the opening up of the Ronda de Dalt ring route to coincide with the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona was that the neighbourhood of Horta, which occupies a peripheral valley between the northern limit of the city and the Collserola mountain range, would then ceforth be well connected to the city’s road network. Taking advantage of this recent accessibility and the magnitude of the construction, new metropolitan-scale facilities, for example the Horta Velodrome, began to appear on eitherside of the ring road. In other cases, the adjacent spaces were left awaiting future uses and were only transformed by the land-levelling and landfill operations that had modified the valley’s natural orography. This was the case of blocks of land lying between the Horta Velodrome and the cemetery, to the north of the ring route. The original slope was terraced with the different levels being occupied by gas tanks and temporary constructions servicing the road works.

TIMELINE
From the analysis we found that the accessibility map “Transportation systems, which are all connected” so, there are comfortable with each choice on a trip to the service users. BTS Skytrain - CentralWorld was located between Chit Lom and Siam Stations. An elevated walkway connects the two stations to facilitate foot traffic. CentralWorld also could be accessed from Gaysorn or BigC Ratchaprasong via pedestrian overpasses. Khlong Saen Saep Express Boat - Pratu Nam pier, about a 5-minute walk
Central World is a shopping plaza and complex in Bangkok, Thailand. It is the third largest shopping complex in the world. The complex, which includes a hotel and office tower, is owned by Central Pattana. In 2006, after three years of design and renova-tion, CentralWorld was expanded to 550,000 square metres of shopping mall and 1,024,000 square metres of complex, topping its nearby rival Siam Paragon in terms of size.On 19 May 2010, Central-World was one of the many properties set on fire when the Red Shirts anti-government protestors were forcibly removed after months of demonstrations which included complete blockage of the Rachaprasong shopping district. The parts of the complex most affected were the Zens department store and its adjacent annex.
From the analysis we found that the land use map “The surrounding area of Central world plaza are a flooring of commerical and private” and there are a lots of commerical buildings for commerce including not open 24 hours to non - public areas truly.are for the private activities of the commerce as the main beer, concert, show various No space for public activities directly, such as gardening, sports ground, public space so, the people who live in areas and tourist there are no public areas to relax and

POPULATION OF TAMBOL SAM KHOK (2008)
NUMBER OF TYPES OF AGRICULTURE
Mueang Sam Khok is an ancient city, first found in the records after the reign of King Boromma Trailokanat. In 1660, a group of Mon people lead by Sming Poe migrated to Ayutthaya because they were suppressed by the Burmese rulership in their homeland. King Narai the Great provided the area of Mueang Sam Khok for them to established new town. Later a further immigration of Mon people to Thailand happened in the reign of King Taksin the Great in 1774 and King Rama II in 1815. Some of them settled at Sam Khok, others moved to Pak Kret, Nonthaburi Province and Phra Pa Daeng, Samut Prakan Province.According to the local history, when King Rama II visited Sam Kok the local Mon people gave him a big quantity of lotus. The king then renamed the city name to be Pathum Thani, meaning City of Lotus. At the same time, the king upgraded the city to be the 3rd class city.King Chulalongkorn changed status of the city to be Amphoe Sam - Khok in 1898.

SAMKHOK LAND USE PLAN (NEXT 20 YEARS)
Can be seen from the development of land use in 20 years of Sam Khok. When communities have been developed. Found that different communities has increased. But it does not increase rapidly is look like a natural increase. May have occurred along the new community projects that cut new types of housing. It has issued regulations on the use of the land. To prevent extreme growth and prevent the entry of large retail stores.
PATHUMTHANI LAND USE PLAN
From the development at the provincial level. Can be seen that the green space that separates the city to the district Samkhok. To prevent the growth of the city came to Sam Khok district. Not to swallow the same city. and to protect the way of life in community along the Chaopraya river.

If people and community have a good quality that make development will occur effectively and sustainable.

THE SPACE a building occupies and the space within a building are very important in architecture.Understanding how to define one space, enables the overlapping of multiple spaces to explore the variety of spatial zones established in a project. The number of different ways to define a space depends on the clarity of theelements that form the space.
the meaning and Nature of Space as a volume and as a element of design
