• Free Concerts- Music of the Gaeltacht, April 2014

• Public lectures about Gaelic-related themes or delivered bilingually

January 2014, lecture by Mary Ann Kennedy on the Gaelic Songs from Glasgow

MAY FESTIVAL

Gaelic strand of events in the University’s annual Festival held over a weekend in May. Celebrates Gaelic through a variety of events like story-telling, music and film. In 2013 the strand included a special performance by Julie Fowlis.

CAUSEWAY/CABHSAIR

Literary Magazine publishing poetry and short stories by new and established writers in all of the languages of Scotland and Ireland, including Gaelic.
