UNCERTAINTY IN MODULE MAPPING
• The modules on the Module Master List on myISIS are modules taken up by
past exchange students. You may use the list as a reference, but it does not
guarantee that you will definitely get registered for those module in the your
allocated SEP semester.
• After being accepted by the host university, you will have to map your modules
according to the new modules list released by the host university at a later
date.
• If you are going for SEP in Semester 1, the earliest date to start module
mapping on myISIS is in April. This process will continue till September.
If you are going for SEP in Semester 2, the earliest date to start module
mapping is in October,. The process will continue till February.
Hence, do expect that your module mapping will not finalised till a very
late date.
PERIOD OF CREDIT TRANSFER
• Credit transfer from your exchange programme is NOT DONE
IMMEDIATELY
• The credit transfer will take up to ONE SEMESTER to process.
• This is because the your transcript from the host university will take a few months to
transfer back to NUS and verification of credit will also take a period of time.
• This is also the reason to why you are not allowed to go on SEP during the final
semester.
Withdrawing and deferment of exchange are not allowed.
