Background

Prototyping an early engagement leadership model for Lundquist College of Business since 2009

Model for leadership & development connects pieces of the student experience for optimal growth in curricular and non-curricular areas.

Built a methodical process to capture value in all areas of student identity: personal, professional, academic and athletic

Goal:

Bridge high-performance culture from athletic arena into personal and pre-professional development to enhance women’s athletic experiences.
