Exhibition theme: Worlds Near and Far Dear Artist, Thank you for applying to the Student Art Program! This application form will help us to keep track of your artwork during the selection process. Please print VERY clearly and answer all of the questions. Please ask your teacher for help if needed. We will notify your teacher and you if your work is selected for the exhibition.
