Pavil ions• All wood pavilion posts are glue laminated 5¼" x 5¼" posts

milled after lamination for a beautiful finish. Vinyl pavilion posts are pressure treated 6"x6" sleeved in low maintenance high quality vinyl.

• The 2"x 6" headers and top plate are accompanied by half moon 2"x 6" braces and are engineered for up to 16' span.

• Rafters are 2x4 at 24’’ centers topped with a1x8 white pine tongue and groove bead board stained to your choice. On Pavilions larger then 16’x16’ rafters are 2x6 on 24’’ centers.

• Lifetime architectural shingles are available in a variety of colors to accent your roof.

• All pavilions 14'x20' and smaller are available in kit form with step by step instructions. Pavilions 14'x22' and larger are only available set-up by LVG.

• 2"x6" headers are pressure treated sleeved in vinyl with 2"x6" decorative braces made of poly lumber. Headers are engineered to span 16".

• 2"x6" cross pieces are pressure treated and sleeved in vinyl with a decorative end cap and topped with a 1"x3" shade cover 8"on center for maximum shade.

• Bedford vinyl pergolas come with stainless steel anchor plates and fasteners.

• All Bedford pergolas are available in kit form with detailed step by step instructions, complete with photos.

Post Trim Standard Header Detail

• Bedford wood pergola posts are glue laminated 5¼" x 5¼". #1 grade quarter-sawn lumber is used to manufacture these posts, giving a finished product that is resistant to cracking and checking.

• The headers are made with #1 grade 2"x6" pressure treated lumber and are uniquely designed for appearance and structural strength. For added stability, they are braced by half moon 2"x6" braces.

• Cross pieces are 2"x6", 12" on center and have a decorative detail hand cut on the end. These are topped with a 1"x4" shade cover spaces at 8" on center for maximum shade.

• Bedford pergolas come with stainless steel anchor plates.
