– Making recommendations towards a new edition of 11179 to simplify the model and show how it can be expanded to hold other kinds of Metadata, such as registration of datasets for Big Data
• Interim meeting Nov 17-20– Includes agenda item for review of 11179-13 Technical Specification; and several new
proposals: BFO as standard Upper Ontology, DEX as ISO Techbical Specification, Project Open Data Metadata Schema as Technical Specification, Data Model for 11179
