TEAM VALUES As a team, we must come to a consensus
on the values we will uphold throughout the redesign process in order to remain cognizant of each other’s values.
Respecting one-another’s values will remain important as decisions are made and discussions take place.
We have already prioritized what our top 7 values are through the survey on the wiki.
OUR TOP 7 ARE…
1 Accountability2 Competence3 Courtesy4 Discipline5 Creativity6 Flexibility7 Knowledge
WE NEED 7 VOLUNTEERS…
Volunteers will be assigned a value and will write a value statement to be shared on the wiki by Friday.
Value statements should describe how the value will be displayed in action within our committee.
