AUCTION RULES
1. All sales are final. Items will be sold “as is,” with no exchanges or refunds permitted unless specifi-
cally noted on the bid sheet.
2. Please use the number on the back of this program to make your bids at both the
silent and live auction.
3. Bidding in the silent auction is done by entering a bid number and an amount on
the bid sheet displayed near the item. Please follow the minimum bid amount and
increments listed. Auction officials reserve the right to invalidate bids which do not
adhere to the rules.
4. All private vacation homes and inns are offered to adults and minors accompanied
by adults.
5. The Internal Revenue Service requires that we notify you that only the difference
between the Fair Market Value of an item and the actual price paid by the purchaser
may be taken as a tax deduction. Values on bid sheets are Fair Market Value.
6. Check out for the items won begins immediately following the conclusion of the live
auction.
7. You may pay for your items at the cashier’s table, located in the main entrance.
Personal checks and cash will be accepted, along with Master Card, Discover & Visa.
We encourage you to stay after our program to collect your items!
All auction items that are left will be brought to STRIVE; 28 Foden Road, South Portland. Please pick up
your items between regular business hours by Wednesday, November 14th.
