• A condition arising from the interaction of an individual and his work

• Continuous pressure on mind

• A mental disease

• Outside force

• Acceptance of proposal

• Winning matches

It happens because of something bad, such as:

• Death of a relative or love one

• Some one cheat us in business

• Being fail in exams

• Fraud ( from lover)

• Physical disorder

Causes of stress in students are:

• Lack of time management

• Lack of discipline

• Wrong direction of studying

• Not sleeping proper

Role of technology in increasing the stress of people, and its consequences and how to manage it:

• Nowadays people are serving their precious time in using internet, watching TV, chatting on cell phone, playing games.

• People get every thing ready in few minutes like fast foods.

• Committing suicide

• Physical disability

• Psychological problems

• Increasing of weight

• Know the importance of life

• Make schedule for mobile chatting, using social media networks and television.

• These activities should be done in limited time.

• Follow the administrative policies

• Take good decision

• Offer five time prayers.

• Recite HOLY QURAN daily .

• Always keep your body and cloths clean.

• People don’t like to talk with us

• We can’t make new friends

• All time we look like ignorant people

• Some times people lost their family member or lovers

• Sometimes stressors only talk about for committing suicide or often use derogatory languages or use to shout on others.
