Objectives of research
• To measure the level of stress among bank employees.
• To identify the possible sources of stress.
• To check out the possible ways to remove work stress.
Research methodology
• Scope of study: banking professionals.• Population: bank employees of kurali area, particularly
the employees of HDFC,Federal bank, Allahabad Bank.• Data collection: Data in this research is taken both from:• Primary source• Secondary source• In primary source, I have collected the data by the
method of questionnaires. In this I have taken the sample size of 35 bank employees of hdfc, axis, federal bank, Allahabad bank.
• Referring to the secondary source, data is been collected from various journals, books etc.

• Out of 35 employees of the sample, 20 of the employees accepted that the reason for their stress is workload.
• 14% of the employees do not find their job stressful.
• All the 35 employees have accepted that they try to find the solution of their stress.
