Stress symptoms: manifestation
Action-oriented– Used: When you have a chance to affect the cause of the stress– Strategy: Confront the problem, change the environment or situation
Emotional-oriented– Used: When you do not have the power to change the situation – Strategy: Change your interpretation of the situation
Acceptance-oriented – Used: When you have no power or emotional control over a situation– Strategy: Focus on riding the stress
