2.4. To improve the efficiency of canal served large vessels into Hau
river through Quan Chanh Bo canal in order to bring large vessels
into Can Tho seaports.

barges. The remaining 70% must be
transported to ports in Ho Chi Minh City,
Vung Tau. One ton of export goods to Ho
Chi Minh City must piggyback on $ 7 more.
