The person operating the stall, appeal, raffle or busking

(the operator) must have the approved application

present with them for the duration of the activity.

The operator of the stall, appeal, raffle or busking

must be the person whose name is on this form.

This form must be authorised by a Council officer.

The operators must not cause an

obstruction to pedestrians.

The operator must move on if asked to do so by

a shop owner, a Council officer or the Police.

Approval can be rescinded at any time

by a Council officer.

Buskers are NOT permitted to use amplified music.

Please allow 7 – 10 working days for the processing

of this application.

Buskers may not remain at any one site

for longer than 90 minutes.

Upper Hutt City Council (and therefore this application)

does not have jurisdiction over The Mall (contact The

Mall management) or any railway stations (contact

Greater Wellington Regional Council).

If you are selling food or alcohol, you may be required to

obtain an additional licence. Please go to our website
