Sub: Strange DeviceNet behaviour – Serious DeviceNet communication Fault : Bus Off error detected This is to bring to your urgent attention once again of the repeated random DeviceNet Communication failures of the Intelligent WRM MCC located in Pump House , resulting in automatic shutting down of the soft water and industrial water pumps critical for the operation of furnace. This problem has already occurred 3 times on 13.1.15 ,22.1.15 and 3.2.15 , causing furnace shutdown and resulting in significant downtime, so very critical for the smooth operation of the WRM furnace. I request the concerned authorities including the supplier(L&T) and Micco to work together with us and find out an appropriate solution to this problem once and forever.
