4. AmTRAN Technology isa corporation organized and existing under the laws ofTaiwan, with its principal place ofbusiness at 17f, 268, Lien Cheng Rd., 23553 New Taipei City,Taiwan. AmTRAN Technology isin the business ofmanufacturing, selling for importation,
