1 Nature of product that the candidate must be completely comfortable working with
a.handling shoes made of leather, helping clients remove and make them wear shoes, deliver shoes to
clients homes , fetching and putting back stock in the stock room etc
b. Immaterial of the designation ( ie, even a store manager) every body will have to do the same kind of
work

The candidate will be expected to appear for a 3 step interview and assessment process where your
personality, oral and written communication skills and professional skills will be tested
4 The compensation will be on par, if not better, than the Indian footwear retail industry
5 There will be a 20 day training period in Bangalore

Team members are evaluated for growth only basis consistent performance, experience, education,
and the ability to take higher responsibility

There will be a minimum duration of 18-24 months and a maximum of 36 month that a team
member is expected to spend in role to be evaluated for growth

Team members must be open to reasonable time-stretch as the nature of retail roles requires the
same.

occur within your organization? I will follow them because it is decided by
more experienced people then me, but in some cases if required then I use to
give them idea and if they like it then we use to follow that.

How do you keep each member of the team involved and motivated, while
keeping morale high? What steps do you need to take to achieve this?

The team is new, the target is not happening, they have not been able to get
incentives, the team is feeling low. What would you do to motivate them
ans: 1) Happy work environment: I use to keep happy environment within the
store and behave like friend with my staffs. Providing them a great
environment to work in and look after your staff the way you expect them to
look after your customers.

Have you ever had a role in a team project where your role was not clearly
defined? How do you handle this? Ans: Not yet

When you feel that a team is working efficiently, except for the fact that one
member is clearly not pulling their weight, what steps will you take? Ans: if
the person is not putting their weight or not giving effort then I use talk them
and ask their expenses, their depended person and i try to increse their greedy
behaviour so that he can try to satisfy his greediness.

You come across a situation where find that a team member has been entering
wrong customer data in the customer master, what would you do ? Ans: I will
ask him to correct it and ask him to recheck all the data to find there is any
other mistake or not. and ask him not to do it again.

The sale cash which had to be depostied, was not done for 2 days at a stretch
and you come to find out that the cash was used by your most trusted staff for
some personal rotation , what would you do ? Ans: As he was trusted staff I
will ask him the proper reason, ask him to recover the pending amount and ask
him never to do this again.
The consultant should rate the candidate on a scale of 1 5 for each of the 5
