Thought Patterns Thought Patterns

• Thoughts that continually run through your mind.

• Thought patterns are words, events, desires and feelings that you find yourself constantly meditating on.

• Thought patterns are dreams and visions that continually flood your mind.

• Everyone has an evil or ungodly thought. The danger is when that thought becomes a pattern of thinking.

• When a thought becomes a pattern of thinking it then becomes a state of being.

• Your worldview is determined by your thought pattern.

• The enemy does not want to just drop a thought in your mind, he wants control of your thinking.

Ephesians 2:2-3Ephesians 2:2-3n 2: In which at one time you walked

[habitually]. You were following the course and fashion of this world [were under the sway of the tendency of this present age], following the prince of the power of the air. [You were obedient to and under the control of] the [demon] spirit that still constantly works in the sons of disobedience [the careless, the rebellious, and the unbelieving, who go against the purposes of God].

n 3: Among these we as well as you once lived and conducted ourselves in the passions of our flesh [our behavior governed by our corrupt and sensual nature], obeying the impulses of the flesh and the thoughts of the mind [our cravings dictated by our senses and our dark imaginings]. We were then by nature children of [God's] wrath and heirs of [His] indignation, like the rest of mankind.

Philippians 4:8Philippians 4:8• Finally, brethren, whatsoever

things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.
