TRIM SAW

SBMC Trim Saw Machine is perfect for trimming

out facet material, cabochon, and rock slabs of all

types. They are manufactured with a 20mm arbor

and accept any 4"/ 6"/8" saw blade with a 20mm

arbor hole. For all other arbor holes, spacers are

available on request. Machine body is made of MS

steel with a generous working area.

As per client requirement, Machine body can be

made in 316 grade steel and PVC shield.

SBMC’s heavy duty forming machine calibrates

gemstones and cabochons with a high degree of

accuracy and remarkable repetition. The machine

comes with brass CAMS of various shapes and

sizes (3mm-60mm); Oval, Round, Heart, Pear,

Marquise and trillion.

Speed controller has been added to adjust machine

speed according to gemstone hardness.

CALIBRATING MACHINE

An alternative to our heavy duty

calibrating machine, this model can

also make same sized cabochons.

With a collet RPM 60, this provides

accurate calibration of various shapes

and sizes (4mm-50mm); Oval,

Round, Heart, Pear, Marquise and

trillion using brass CAMS.

This model uses an 8 inch grinding lap instead of diamond wheel for calibration and

cabochon making.

FACETING MACHINE

SBMC offers 5 models of Faceting Machines to help meet requirements of an

individual and a commercial faceting unit. Single and dual platform machines are

designed to deliver demanding jobs. Lap spindle RPM range from 800-1600.

Machines have been fitted with rubber coupling to reduce vibration thus ensuring

accurate faceting.
