However there are times when you need your supplier to work with you post delivery and at P.D.Stevens & Sons our relationship with you is not just up to the point of delivery. From a simple Platform body, through to re-Refrigerated box bodies, they have been and can still be designed and built to any legal specification on any chassis from the smallest LCV, a 3.5 tonne chassis cab to a 32 tonne 8×4 rigid.Our design department will use the latest CAD systems to determine the optimum specification that will give you the best solution for your needs

With many Tipper operations payload critical, our design philosophy in building in strength by the mix of exquisite design and the use of innovative materials allows us to create bodies that not only give our clients the payloads they seek as we as a robustness that gives years of trouble free service.

Dropsides have been developed for virtually all types of vehicle from Land Rover Defender chassis to 26 tonne rigids.

ACCIDENT AND REPAIR INC TRAILER REPAIR

We offer an accident repair service for all types and sizes of vehicles. We repair anything from minor bumps and scrapes to heavy damage. Your ‘One Stop Shop’ repair facility. Our fully trained experienced staff ensure that all repair work is carried out to the highest standard and meets with the rigorous checks carried out by the insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers.

We have the capacity to paint a 40ft Trailer in a combined spray booth/oven. In collaboration with top quality paint supplier ICI.

The Quality finish is synonymous in Shropshire since the company was born.

FLEE T AND TAIL LIF T SUPPORT

Fully qualified Technicians offer a quality service to our commercial partners on site. With our state of the art support vans we are able to carry out repairs roadside or at customers distributions sites.

Being agents for Del tail lifts we are able to carry out Loler examination, repairs and servicing including weight testing up to 1500kgs. We are also agents for J.R. Industries mobile doors and are fully competent in repairing all types of doors such as Whiting Shutters and Ross & Bonnyman.

In addition to these services on site our mobile service van enables us to operate off site, ensuring essential maintenance can be undertaken at our customers premises out of hours thus negating the need to hire vehicles or have vehicles out of commission.

LIVERYWhether your vehicle or trailer has been repaired or we are building a new body we can produce quality livery.

We have a collaboration with 3M Vinyl which has a 5 year guarantee. From vehicle livery to legislation stickers.

Our team have many years of experience in all types of vehicle refinishing and are constantly at the fore-front when it comes to compliance and customer care. We use PPG and Sikkens paint mixing systems that guarantee standards and colour matching is always market leading.
