If you are unable to pick up your keys during this time, representatives from the University Housing and Residence Life office will be on campus until midnight on Sunday, January 22, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, January 23.

DORM FIOS SET UP

PLACEMENT TESTS

11 a.m.–1 p.m.Placement tests will be administered on a drop-in basis. Allot approximately one hour for each of your required placement tests.

Hebrew

Room 301For students who have not taken the written Hebrew placement exam. Results will be distributed on Monday at your academic orientation.

Stern College Math Proficiency Exam

Room 319For students who have not taken calculus and who plan to major in the sciences or mathematical sciences. The exam is offered online and may be taken in advance of Orientation on any computer. Otherwise, it may be taken during Orientation. Results are indicated at the conclusion of the exam. The exam can be found at http://sterncollege.placementtester.com.

Sy Syms Math Proficiency Exam

Room 306All Sy Syms students who have not scored a 670 or better on the math SATs or a 30 or better on the math ACTs, must take the math proficiency exam. PLEASE
