Steps to follow for online payment in WaterConnection & Charges Module

1. Go to https://www.ulbodisha.gov.in (ODISHA e-MUNICIPALITY)2. Go to ‘Citizen Services’ and click on ‘Water Connection & Charges’.

3. Choose your District and ULB.

4. Click on ‘View/Pay Water- Sewerage Bill’ to proceed further.

5. Provide the ‘Ph consumer number’ or ‘Consumer Reference No.’ or both. Click ‘Search’.

6. Now you will get your required details as shown below as Water consumer details and Current Demand details.

7. Provide your mobile number in the ‘Mobile no.’ field and choose the ‘Amount Choice’ as per your requirement. You can also print your demand details by clicking on the ‘Print Demand’ option.

8. Then click on ‘Pay using Net banking/Credit card or Debit card’ or ‘Pay through Odisha Online’.

9. If you click on ‘Pay using Net banking/Credit card or Debit card’, you will get the following pop-up screen.

10. Now click on ‘Pay Now’ and this will lead you to the Payment Gateway as shown below.

11. Choose your payment method and make the payment.12. When the transaction is successful, you will get the following screen with the successmessage and the ‘Transaction Details.’

13. The receipt of the payment can be downloaded from the site.14. Click on ‘Print Receipt’ or ‘Download Receipt’. The receipt will be downloaded in pdf

format as shown below.
