th of the screen deck.The very thin, flexible rubber in thescreening area prevents blinding and plugging. Trellex

Stepflex is very cost effective due to higher throughput

ApplicationsMajor applications include crushed stone,diamonds,coal,copper,phosphate,lime,gold,platinum,iron ore and sand.

 Trellex Stepflex has the simplest possible assembly anddismantling.No need of special tooling or additional fixingelements, i.e.screws,bolts, expansion pins or tensioning

hooks, only slight modification is required to convert aconventional screen support frame.

 The modules as such are also designed to prevent wear onthe support frame, meaning no need for continuouslychanging expensive support frames.

Guidelinesq If material density is over 100 lbs/ft3,the feed size must

be proportionately reduced.q Maximum drop height is onto the top deck,in between

decks the drop height can be up to 30”.q Do not use rubber screen media in an application with

any amount of oil present in the materialq  Trellex Stepflex modules have no longitudinal overlap.q

Possible to install on all T-Step frames.q 3.5 mm thick has 3.2 mm,4.8 mm and 5.4 mm moldedopenings.All other openings are punched.

q 100 mm,150 mm and 200 mm wide modules available tostagger panels to eliminate tracking of material and fillup the screen deck to the correct width of machine.
