Step-by-Step Instructions for Online Registration

Please go to www.urbancollaborative.org and click on the MEMBER LOGIN tab to log in using your username and password.

Type in your Username and Password and click “Log in”

Click on “UPCOMING MEMBER MEETING” on the bottom right-hand side of our homepage.

This will bring you to the registration page. Please fill out all of the Attendee Information, including work mailing address. If possible, please indicate which meeting sessions you will be attending.

Before adding your registration to your cart, please remember to review the photo release and choose “Agree” or “Disagree.” Also, if you’d like to have the registration confirmation sent to an email other than your school district’s member email address, please enter that additional email address in the space provided. Click “Add to cart” once you are done.

If you would like to add another registration to your shopping cart, click the blue “here” button (indicated by the red arrow below). If you’d like to remove the registration you just entered, click on the red “Remove” button with the corresponding registration. If you are satisfied with your order, click “Checkout.”

Enter your coupon code in the space provided. If you do not have your coupon code, please contact Anna Lingan at alingan@edc.org or 617-618-2447. Click “Add coupon.” This will deduct the price of one (1) registration from your total order.

If you have a remaining balance, please enter your billing information. Please note that this might be different than the mailing address you provided for the meeting attendee. Click “Continue to next step” when you have entered all of the necessary information.

Please review your order on the next page. If you need to make any changes, please click “Go back” at the bottom of the page.

If necessary, please choose a payment method (credit card or purchase order), and enter the requested information.

• If you do not have a Purchase Order yet, just enter “N/A” in lieu of a Purchase Order number.

Click “Submit Registration” when you are done. Upon completion, a confirmation of your registration will be sent to the email address linked to your school district’s member account. If you entered an additional email address during registration, the confirmation will be sent to that address as well. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email Anna Lingan at alingan@edc.org.
