STAY SAFE TOGETHER The Scene75 team has been working long hours during our temporary closure to prepare for your return. On a near daily basis, we were involved in (and even asked to lead) numerous seminars to identify and share best practices across the entertainment and restaurant industries as to how best to reopen safely. With the help of experts, from leading molecular biologists to health department representatives to the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions to other operators who have already opened entertainment venues in other states, we have identified protocols to help ensure that we are Staying Safe Together. All standards are subject to change as new regulations and guidelines are provided. As guidelines are updated, Scene75 will communicate these guidelines to our guests via website, social media, e-mails, texts, in-store signage, and/or updates to this document. This playbook has been designed to be shared with everyone, guests and team members alike, to provide as much transparency as possible to our reopening process.

All team members will have preliminary and continual coaching and training on best hygiene and social distancing practices. We ask that our guests adhere to our guidelines so that we can collectively keep each other healthy and entertained. We are truly in this together. It is our collective hope that our world returns to normalcy soon.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIESREDUCED OCCUPANCYMaximum occupancies will be limited to 50% of rated capacity. Individual attractions will have reduced occupancy allowances as well as explained within this document; these measures will be posted at each attraction to ensure compliance. DESIGNATED ENTRANCES & EXITSScene75 will have designated doors for both entering and exiting the building. Signage upon entry will highlight Scene75 guidelines to ensure the fun and safety of our guests. We ask that all guests uphold our guidelines so that we can stay safe together. MASKS REQUIRED FOR TEAM & GUESTSAll Scene75 team members and guests will be required to wear masks. Guests are currently required to wear masks due to local city and county mandates at every Scene75 location.

GLOVES REQUIRED FOR ALL F&B TEAMAll Scene75 food and beverage team members will be required to wear gloves. Team members in other departments may choose to wear gloves should they feel more comfortable in doing so.

INCREASED SANITATION STATIONSScene75 will feature numerous sanitation stations throughout its venues for frequent use by guests and team members. While the washing of hands remains best practice, sanitation stations will be strategically positioned throughout the venues; stations will be located near entries and exists, food and beverage outlets, attraction podiums, and throughout the arcade floor. All offices and break rooms will be equipped as well. INCREASED SANITIZATION OF TOUCHED SURFACESHigh-contact surfaces throughout Scene75 will be wiped down with a medical-grade sanitizing agent. Scene75 will have a dedicated sanitization team focused on these high-contact surfaces. Additionally, all Scene75 team members will be tasked with ensuring the sanitization of their work areas and attractions, ensuring added focus to sanitization measures.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS FOR TEAMAll Scene75 team members will be required to have their temperature taken daily upon check-in. If a team member’s temperature is 100.4’ or higher (i.e. the CDC guideline reading), the team member will be sent home until they are fever or symptom free for at least 14 days or if the employee provides documentation from a medical provider confirming that the employee can return to work. SOCIAL DISTANCINGAll team members and guests must practice 6’ social distancing as recommended by the CDC and local health authorities. To assist with social distancing measures, signage throughout the venues will promote the recommended 6 feet of spacing. Additionally, each attraction will have certain limitations, as explained within this document, to uphold social distancing measures; these measures will be posted at each attraction.

VISIBLE SIGNAGEScene75 signage will be strategically placed throughout the venue to communicate standards in place. Signage will be evident throughout the venue, from social distancing floor decals to signage stands/banners, reminding guests of our procedures. Additional signage will also be present at each attraction to ensure compliance of current protocol.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES Our goal is to Stay Safe Together. This means we have a shared responsibility to do our parts during this period of time. We kindly ask our guests to follow a few basic responsibilities to ensure a clean, fun visit to Scene75:

PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICKPlease stay home if you or a family member is not feeling well. We will gladly welcome you with open arms when you return to full health.

MASKS ARE REQUIREDGuests are currently required to wear masks due to local city and county mandates at every Scene75 location. Miniumum age exclusions to not wear masks while in public vary from city to city.

SNEEZE & COUGH INTO YOUR ARMPlease be sure to avoid touching your face and kindly cover your mouth and nose if coughing or sneezing.

KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEANPlease wash your hands periodically and properly while on premise (and what better venue than Scene75 to sing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song twice while doing so!). We also ask that you sanitize your hands before and after engaging in an attraction. KEEP YOUR DISTANCEPlease remember to adhere to social distancing guidelines. While floor markers will denote where to stand where typical queuing lines occur, it is our collective effort to uphold the recommended 6 feet. Families are encouraged to stay together in queues and throughout their visit.

CLOSING THOUGHTS The past few months have been difficult for all of us, team members and guests alike. We hope that our reopening can help us all escape the trauma we have experienced since March. While we aren’t quite at a state of normalcy now, we truly hope that we can add a little more fun and normalcy to your days.

Please know that Scene75 has been focused since inception on the cleanliness of its facilities. Guest surveys, secret shopper surveys, and social media feedback have highlighted the attention we put into our standards since we opened our first location in 2012. In fact, cleanliness was one of the many criteria evaluated that helped Scene75 earn international recognition as The Top Family Entertainment Center in North America (IAAPA 2016), as well as many other local, state and regional awards.

While we have always focused on cleanliness, we hope that all of our reopening playbook procedures help you find added comfort in Staying Safe Together. Thank you for placing your trust in us and for allowing us to serve you in Dayton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh. We fully recognize that we do not exist without your support. We can’t wait to welcome you back into Scene75.

LETTER FROM THE CEO To Our Dearest Guests-

The past several months have challenged each of us in ways we never imagined. My heart aches deeply for all who have been impacted by this virus, particularly those whose health suffered directly themselves and those far less fortunate who lost someone they love. I hope and pray that all of these individuals find the comfort they seek in the days, months and years ahead.

On March 12, 2020, I made the then difficult decision to temporarily close all Scene75 locations to uphold one of our core values, putting people first. This decision came nearly one week before the government mandate, and in effect, highlighted Scene75 as one of the first, if not the first, in the entertainment industry nationwide to close. While the path since that decision has been extremely challenging financially, protecting the well-being of the Scene75 family, which includes both our team and our guests, remains of paramount importance. Our intent, at this point in time, is not to open on the day the government permits us to open (which at the moment remains cloudy regardless) – our intent is to open after that and only when we feel we are fully ready to welcome all of you back into our buildings as safely as possible.

While all businesses may now state that they are focused on cleanliness and safety, Scene75 Entertainment has built its business model around these two criteria since inception. Since 2012, when Scene75 opened its first location in Dayton, all locations have been closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays (with the exception of school holidays/breaks and private full-facility rentals). We felt early on that to provide the level of experience that we mandate from ourselves and that our guests ultimately deserve, we would need to close two days a week to allow for preventative maintenance of our rides, deep cleaning of our facilities, thorough training of our team, and focused attention on all of the behind the scene details that have allowed, with your support, our family-owned business to grow from one location to five. Few in our industry are willing to make this sacrifice of closing two days a week to better their teams and facilities for their guests – for us, it is the only way we wish to operate.

That being said, our team has been extremely busy preparing for what our reopening may look like across each of our locations. To prepare, we have been reviewing our entire operation, from individual attractions to cleaning products to capacity constraints to the specific location of sanitization stations. This Reopening Playbook highlights key details of our approach, pursuant to evolving CDC and state requirements, to ensure that our team and guests are Staying Safe Together upon our reopening.

Thank you for trusting us with your friends, family and colleagues. We look forward to welcoming you back into our venues.

Your friend in health, safety, and FUN.
