Started in Adult Basic EducationSophie Lee enrolled in VIU’s nursing degree after completing ABE courses.

Dr. Tanya Griffiths credits her ABE experience at the Cowichan Campus for

encouraging her to pursue a career in science.

After completing her Biology degree at VIU, she completed her PhD at UBC.
