    Problem description:

We have received more complaintsregarding blocked pressure sensor with the

The problem seems to be more frequent in

the tag axle circuit due to higher air flow

FQIT220894 Deviations in the axle pressure

    Problem description:

Complains that the pressure to weightcalculations is less accurate on ELC4 compared

    to ELC3.

The problem is both related to the displayed

axle load & cargo weight information in ICL and

also regarding load handling, tag axle lift and

load transfer. The tolerances of the air suspension could

explain this behaviour, but it doesnt explain why

the ELC3 system didnt have the same

    complains.

    Product solution:FQIT241212:

On 8x4/4 with ARA 950 trucks we have

calculated with the wrong volume in the tag axle

circuit and that will be solved with a new SDP3

    release in March 2016.

    Service solution:

We have indication that the pressure sensor

installation might have an impact on the

accuracy, therefore we have suggested to try

the ELC3 installation on a couple of vehicles.
