Safety Policy Statement

1.0 Purpose

The purpose of this Policy Statement is to formally communicate the position of Legacy

Services Corporation (Legacy) relative to occupational safety, health and regulatory

compliance.

2.0 Scope This Corporate Safety, Health and Regulatory Compliance Policy Statement applies to all

Divisions of Legacy.

3.0 Policy It is the policy of Legacy to provide a safe and healthy place of employment, free of recognizable hazards, for all of its employees and for the public and to voluntarily abide by all

equipment and create conditions that will make for a safe and healthy workplace. We will

provide safety and health education and training to each of our employees, all of who are expected to read and understand the Rules of Safety that are provided on each job site. Any

strong disciplinary action. In the case of subcontractors, they will be required to abide by

the provisions of this policy.

4.0 Our Values As A Company While there are many definitions of the word profit, within Legacy we try to define profit as “a

return gained for both the corporation and our employees for serving our customers well”

and as such, we will always strive to ensure that:

1) The safety of our people is more important than profits.

2) Regulatory compliance and environmental protection are more important than profits.

3) The reputation of our Company is more important than profits.

4) Quality service and a satisfied customer are more important than profits.

5) We will only bid work where we can do safe, regulatory compliant and quality work at a reasonable profit for our Company.

6) We must thoroughly plan our projects, estimates, procedures and programs.

7) We must have top quality people in our Company.

8) We must treat our employees with respect and dignity.

9) We must always be truthful and ethical in all our discussions and dealings.

Each member of management must have goals and values in mind when managing a unit,

regardless of the size and complexity of the unit. But in our operations, we must always be

mindful of these points in order to assure the success of our company. The end does not

justify the means in any situation. We want to win, but not at all costs.

“I cannot overstate the outstanding services Legacy has provided to my personal clients like Ebenezer over the last 4 years. They have handled

massive million dollar losses, such as the loss at Gramercy West St. Paul, or the nearly million dollar loss over the holiday season last year at the

Cherrywood property in Forest Lake. Yet, equally impressive is their attentiveness and sense of urgency in responding to small losses and

inspections.

It is without reservation that I recommend Legacy Services Corporation as the best choice to respond to Ebenezer managed properties across the state. I believe Dan Saul will echo my praise for Legacy and how, as a

company, they have consistently demonstrated high level competency at all level of their organization, the capability to respond quickly with enormous man power and equipment, and provide a great customer

service experience in the worst moments of crisis and recovery. Even though ReNew Exteriors' focus is on the exterior side of things, there's a reason I have Legacy's 24 hour emergency number on my personal cell

phone. A large part of this is the personal involvement and commitment of Mike Adair and Paul Chicras on every job I've ever been part of.”

“A decent and fair remediation contractor is in existence. Their name is Legacy

Services Corporation. We have run into these guys in quite a few of the Chubb Claims in the Dakota Dunes. They have been a refreshing discovery. They have been very reputable and timely. We have used them to refute several questionable invoices on some of the other jobs we have worked on. My interaction with this company leads me to tell you that they do a lot of work for Chubb and also a bunch of work for the people of Church Mutual and that they are one of a very few companies that does

what they say they will and they do it when they say they will.”

“We are so fortunate that we heard of your business coming to our area to assist residents. My wife and I, after the shock of this situation, had no idea what to do,

who to turn to, or even what would happen next in our life. From day one your leadership and staff have provided outstanding service and compassion to those of us

damaged. The supervisors were as considerate, helpful and calming than we ever could have expected. Not only from them, but the staff doing the jobs were very

similar in their concerns for our well-being. They truly cared. At Legacy, all of you went above and beyond anything we could have imaged. You have my personal

recommendation to help those who are desperate and in need. Thanks Mike, Dan, Andrew, Ryan and your entire workforce.”

Jim and Carla, Dakota Dunes, South Dakota

“We enthusiastically recommend the services of Legacy Services Corporation.

Following our house fire, Legacy was on site within two hours to mitigate structure damage, salvage and protect as much of our personal property as possible. The crews

knew what to do, they worked hard and they kept us well informed. Over the following months the support and services provided by Legacy staff were key to

getting us through our major house fire as well as we did. We will forever be grateful for the passion and professionalism you all bring to your work. With sincere

gratitude...”

“We wanted you to know how much we appreciated all of your work coordinating the various elements to fix the damage to our cabin.

We were so impressed the first night when we couldn’t get the tree removed, you

came during the second storm to help us try to minimize any further damage to the cabin and to set up the dehumidifiers. From that point on you literally communicated

with us almost daily and you never over promised but told us exactly what was happening and what we could expect. We were in good hands throughout the entire

process.

You did an outstanding job communicating and coordinating with special emphasis on customer service. You worked with us and our insurance company professionally so we were never surprised. You certainly represent your company with such high

standards!

Please tell Adam and the other project team members how pleased we are with all of their hard work. When it was finished and we walked in, it was noted how clean the

cabin floor and furniture was. Again, a professional job well done!

Thank you so much for all that you did … it was such a pleasure to work with you .”

“I wanted to thank you and your excellent team. Even though having a flooded

basement was not planned, not fun and a complete mess, you and your team were so polite, extremely competent and speedy! I couldn't have asked for a better

organization to work with through this.

The gentlemen that came out yesterday were fabulous in every way and cleaned up absolutely everything....thinking of the safety of my family by removing the tack strips

and excess glue for example.

I have also shared with Encompass Insurance that they have partnered with a top notch company!!! Thank you so much.”
