The brief brainstorm gives me a vague direction as to where I am going with my axillary pieces and what to include.

I will aim to include and have taken note of a range of magazine codes and conventions in reference to my chosen genre (horror).

By using the influence of real media to create my piece, I hope the final project will seem professional and be meaningful.

How and where will the Posters and Magazines be distributed and why?

• I plan to distribute the posters in areas that are public and where my chosen target audience would be e.g. youth clubs, shop windows, buses and billboards to name a few. It is ideal to advertise in such places as it will guarantee a range of people will se the film being promoted. I also have thought about putting my poster online on film related websites. People who are particularly interested in film we then get to see my new production.

• I also plan to sell my magazines in small shops and larger supermarkets such as asda. People regularly go to these retailers to buy magazines so my magazine is guaranteed to be seen.

How will the auxiliary's relate to each other and to the film?

• The axillary's are used to ensure the main task is viewed

• The axillary's will include obvious and symbolic features from the trailer e.g. scenes from the movie, characters, fonts used in title sequence etc

• Both axillary's also include obvious and symbolic features that link to each other e.g. colour scheme, fonts used, language use etc

What is the Title Of the Magazine and why? How will the Magazine and Poster appeal to the target audience?

• Title of magazine: Movie• Why I chose this title: The name is direct in its

meaning and memorable• My axillary's will relate to my target audience

the same way my film does. By using features from my film I should be able to get my magazine and poster to relate to my audience as well.
