Re: Intimidation from use of  Menindee Centrelink Agency. Falsified Breach removing Centrelink 

Payments and Backdated cancellation of  Healthcare Card whilst Suffering Kidney Stones. 

December 2010 Inside Menindee Centrelink Agency I was verbally abused then, 

January 2011 I was physically threatened by the Husband of  Menindee Centrelink Agency Manager. 

He’s was in the Centrelink Agency many times a day for extended periods claiming boredom. 

I notified the Police Sergeant of  what had happened, who is a close friend of  Margo and her Husband. 

I rang Centrelink describing events in their Agency with Margot’s Husband and requested permission to 

use a public phone to avoid any violence resulting from the use of  Agency. 

My request to use a public phone was forcefully denied in 3 calls to different Centrelink staff. 

Human Services, DEEWR and JSP position was to threaten with Service Removal for Non‐compliance if  I 

did not attend the Centrelink Agency for them. So I was forced by threat of  Service Removal to accept 

malice discrimination in access to a Government Service. 

March 2011 I was attending TAFE in Broken Hill to Study Cert 4 web designand had to stay home in 

Menindee on occasion with abdominal pains and dizziness that I thought was  just a bug. 

From 15 July 2011 I had

 applying

 for

 “Austudy”

 from

 previous

 “Newstart”

 payments.

 

On 27 July 2011 the Central Darling Shire Bus Service from Menindee to Broken Hill picked us up ¾ 

Hour early without notice because NBN Committee Members needed our bus later that morning. 

That Morning I was quite ill with nausea and stomach pain. 

3rd Aug 2011I was ill and went close to collapsing on ground outside of  RTC building that Morning. 

On 4 th Aug 2011 I notified Centrelink of  ineligibility to receive Austudy and continue TAFE without 

Transport funding. I explained having no income; my last Payment was made on the 15 of  July 2011. 

Told payment would resume after attending phone Meeting at the Menindee Centrelink Agency. 

Received appointment: attending Menindee Agency all day, Centrelink failed to keep their 

appointment. Asked

 why

 keep

 appointment,

 I was

 

refused. I rang Centrelink from public phone to enquire what was going on, was given no explanation and 

told to wait for new phone appointment. 

Received second appointment.I attended the Menindee Centrelink Agency till closing 4.55pm, 

Centrelink failed to keep a second time. 

Breached:Rang Centrelink for explanation, told I had breached compliance by not being present for a 

phone appointment at RTC Agency and this would result in a penalty waiting period without assistance. 

Note: Margot Muscat CDSC determines Compliance by observed presence for phone appointments.

 of  removed Centrelink payment & HealthCare Card after a false Non‐compliance to attend CDSC 

Centrelink Agency.  I asked Clr Lorraine Looney to make official complaint against CDSC Margo 

Muscat actions or keep out of  it, as I wanted to have the matter dealt with legally. 

On 14th Sep 2011 I received a Centrelink letter CLK2LETTERA11424846001from Fran Grenville, Manager 

of  Broken Hill Centrelink Office. Stating your NewstartAllowance has been suspended because you did 

not attend an interview we arranged for you.I refused to attend the Agency without legal 

accountability for CDSC/Centrelink actions, and was repeatedly denied this right. 

On 12 December 2011 the Manager of  Broken Hill Centrelink spoke with and advised me I was not 

required to use the CDSC Agent office, under the falsified pretence of  doing me a favour?

After passing very painful stones through 2011‐12 abdominal pains reduced & health slowly improved.
