Query for Payroll Changes: • Payroll end of the year – BA does our final calc. for INS the first working day of the

month. Run the 2nd or 3rd of the month to capture all of your changes. • Elections can be run at any point. The longer you wait it will have more on it. • For those for Saved but not Submitted and pending Dependent Verification and

also Appeals through Dec. 15th.

For Annual Enrollment, you will use OE for class and use the date coverage begins for the beginning and end dates.

Example: Coverage for Annual Enrollment 2017 begins on 01/01/2018

so you would use 01/01/2018 as the beginning and end dates.

This can be used for new hires or during AE.

If we have received Dependent Verification there will be a “Y” under Proof Rcvd? If we did not receive or have not keyed Dependent Verification there will be a “N” under Proof

Rcvd.?

Note: If you see this on the query, you will need to check Scanned Documents Sections 1 and 5 under the Employee Profile Page or View documents attached to Benefits eForm for the employee.
