The request for continuing education hours per audit came at a time when my office was in a transition oflocations. It was not a purposeful breach but due to a variety of factors. The current economy had required me to lay off my secretary of 8 ½ years and relocate my office of the same longevity. From Sept. 2009 to Feb. 2010 was just a blur of activity. I'm sure some mail has been lost and some mislocated in this transition period.

I'm not trying to make excuses but letting you know the truth of what I have gone through. My desire is to serve the people of Minnesota in just the same safe and efficient manner as I have in the past 20+ years.
