Network Model – Why Change? To ensure all state networks are operating consistently and meeting minimum standards for delivery of support to local networks.

State Networks: Where and When?

Level 1: No State Network, No State Liaison� 0 local networks; 0 members

Level 2: National Liaison Support� 0 to 1 local network; members-at-large

Level 3: State Liaison Support� 2 local networks; 50+ members

• Each Governing Board member casts one vote, except for local network presidents who cast a weighted vote based on the number of REALTOR® members in the local network as of December 31.
