Welcome to Queensland Over 35 State Championships Warwick, June 2-4 2017
Queensland Masters welcomes you all to what is likely to be a pretty cool Warwick this June weekend. The excellent turnout of eight teams from all over the State means over 100 blokes will be participating. Thanks especially to those making the effort to get here from the north.
Over 35 Masters has gathered momentum over the years as players find there is so much enjoyment to be had when playing with and against people of a similar age. And I suggest that taking part, enjoying the game and the competition is what Masters is all about.
To all of you who are first timers, play the game hard and fair, respect your teammates and opponents, as well as the officials.
Good luck to all teams, and to all who are keen to make Queensland teams to compete in Hobart later in the year.

Welcome to Warwick Whilst the weather is chillier than you are used to, we would like to extend a very warm welcome to all players, officials, supporters and volunteers to the 2017 Men’s Over 35 State Titles.
Warwick is home to one of the smaller hockey associations in Queensland. We’re also home to the current Men's Over 35 State Champions! The local lads would like this fact to remain for another year however we know there will be tough competition in our visiting teams.
A huge thank you to the small, but dedicated, organising committee who have assisted in preparing for this weekend.
We’re looking forward to seeing some entertaining games of great skill, sportsmanship and teamwork.
All the very best to the players and officials for a wonderful
tournament.
