Enjoy Paris !• A World Capital… with a French twistHosting UNESCO’s and OECD’s Head offices, with embassies representing almost every country, and numerous national and regional cultural centers, Paris is a lively capital, in a hu-man-sized environment. Naturally linked to the world through the French speaking area, it has a long history of international stature, recognized by its permanent seat in UN’s Security Coun-cil. Known for its art de vivre, the capital of France knows how to host anyone and give each of its guests a touch of French «flair». The program includes cultural activities and buddy-program.

• A premier tourist destination… as well as a mul-ti-secular University cityThanks to the historic legacy of the medieval Sorbonne and to its multi-cultural scientific community, Paris attracts scholars and students. The region hosts one of the world’s first five and Europe’s largest scientific community. In the Quartier Latin, at walking distance from the River Seine, Le Louvre, Les Champs Elysées, Notre-Dame, our campus is situated in the very heart of the City of lights.

• Get to know France, from inside!“France” sounds like a haute-couture trademark, looks like a postcard, smells chic fragrances… does it really? The French are grumpy, romantic, always-on-strike, egocentric, chauvinist… are they indeed? Why not come, stay for a while and make up your own mind? There is no better way to get to know France than come and meet with French people, read French press, learn from French lecturers, interact with French students through campus life : be part of it, for 9 weeks!

Choose Institut Catholique de Paris !• First-class lectures in the HumanitiesOur University is renowned for its excellence in core academic fields such as Theology, Philosophy and Canon Law, which serve as a basis for the Humanities and social sciences. Our library holds 700.000 books including ancient, rare printed books, manuscripts as well as engravings, maps and archives; it is also a 21st century library, connected and partly digita-lized.

• English-taught lectures, French classes: fitting everyone! You do not master the French Language but wish to study in our University ? You are welcome, lectures and classes are taught in English! And as we cherish diversity, we think you will benefit from learning some French while being in France, either to begin or to refresh the French you have learnt in school…Our I.L.C.F. (Institut de Langue et de Culture Françaises) teaches 3.000 international students every year, from over 100 nationalities: you will find there a perfect place, in a pleasant garden-surrounded 19th century building, with up-to-date facilities.
