Starry Stonewort Treatment Plan 2019• Aggressively treat 3 times in 2019 similar to 2018

• Late Spring / Early Summer• 1st Treatment was June 25‐26• 2nd Treatment was August 12‐13• First treatment in James Lake

• Mid Summer – late July/August pending survey results• Late Summer ‐ TBD

• Use of Cutrine, and EPA registered algaecide, and track effectiveness pre and post treatment by survey• No use of Hydrothol since 2017 since increased chemical and added cost does not improve effectiveness

• June 2019 treatment cost = $270 per acre or $22,194.00 for 82.2 acres• August 2019 treatment cost = $270 per acre or $21,211.20 for 98.4 acres

• IDNR LARE funding for SSW treatment of three (Tippecanoe, James, Oswego) max $11,000.00

• All cost of treatment beyond $11,000 in both 2018 and 2019 covered by generous donations from membership.
