The STaR Chart has four level of progress:
• Early Tech: 6 to 8 points
• Developing Tech: 9 to 14 points
• Advanced Tech: 15 to 20 points
• Target Tech: 21 to 24 points

Summary
• Technology plays a major role in the education of today’s students.
