• Supported  a  Scandinavian  telecommunications  company’s  $7bn  divestiture  of   its  mobile  services  and  smart  devices  divisions,   to  a  global   technology   leader.  Special  advisor   to  divestiture  management  office,   to  setup  the  programme  structure  and  plans  to  carve-­‐out  the  divisions  and  minimise  impact  to  retained  organization.  

• Led  the  strategy  evaluation  for  a  Hi-­‐Tech  business,  specifically   looking  at  B2B  market  growth  opportunities.  Developed  and  presented  the  board  paper  for  acquisition  targets  of  strategic  fit.  Engaged  a  multi-­‐disciplinary  team  from  Engineering,  Operations,  HR  and  Legal  to  conduct  the  due  diligence  for  a  $600m  acquisition  of  a  target.  Led  the  SPA  drafting,  deal  structuring  and  anti-­‐trust  clearance.  Setup  the   integration  programme  to  deliver  to  $150m  in  revenue  and  $100m  in  cost  synergies,  over  3  years,  against  budget  of  $110m.
