Accomplishments

• NERC Standards Development Plan 2008 - 2010– Reviewed the plan and provided

comments to NERC - July 31, 2008.

• 2008 WEQ Annual Plan – 6.f– Review and evaluate whether to cut off or

put a size limit on the entities for which the standard apply.

• Recommended that cut off limit should not be addressed by NAESB.

• Entities should use the existing request for waiver or exemption established by FERC.

• 2008 WEQ Annual Plan – Provisional Item 5– Review Market System Back-Up existing

language and review of existing back-up language

• Developed White Paper for EC Review• Request for Executive Committee Guidance -

No Action is needed and SRS can close books on this item.

• No new standards need to be developed– BPS – Review EOP-002 R4 and R6

• Recommended adding an item to the Annual Plan
