than 75 years of experience in metal processing.

We manufacture press, drawing, and stamping parts,

welding and assembly components, folding parts and as

well locksmith work parts.

Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass are

materials of which we produce small, medium-sized,

and large runs for all industries.

In the field of welding technology we weld under most

stringent quality standards stamping and forming parts

of our production and single parts provided by the

customer as wagework.

Surface and heat treatments are also included in our

service possibilities.

Due to our own tool manufacturing we are able to

construct and produce required tools and devices for

your order on a short term. Consequently, a quick and

flexible order processing is guaranteed.

In 1999, we already introduced a quality management

system according to DIN EN ISO 9002. Today, our

manufacturing is certified in accordance to DIN EN ISO

9001 : 2008.

Insight into the manufacturing

The different components can be welded manually or by the robot. For this, we use the most modern MIG/MAG, WIG, and spot welding plants.

We process the most different metals as parent, strip, and bar material and cut-outs in the following dimensions:

❱ Parent material from 15 to 400 mm width and from 0.5 to 6 mm thickness

❱ Strip and bar material up to 12 mm thickness

❱ Cut-outs up to 1000 x 2000 mm

Follow-on composite tools for vibratory grinding, drilling, milling or threading are also included in our manufacturing possibilities.

Sheets up to a thickness of 6 mm can be cut with the plate shear and bent with the folding press up to a length of 2.5 m.

In our tool manufacturing we produce:

❱ devices For the construction we use the newest 2D and 3D CAD software.

The manufacturing is carried out on stamping presses in follow-on composite technology or on eccentric, hydraulic, and screw presses in single working steps.
