What is Stakeholder…?
A general term for someone who has an interest or
concern in an organization or its work.
Stakeholders can include donors, employees, board
members, clients, volunteers, and the public

2. Then, consider them in terms of their importance to
you and their interest to you.
3. Plot them out on the Importance/interest matrix
4. Then complete the stakeholder expectations chart
