Stainless steel railing specifications

All Pipes to be of Stainless steel SS 304 Grade with tube thickness of 1.6 mm having

Tolerance level as per ASTM A554

All members of railing shall machine cut, machine polished to get the best finishing

The base plate of the Baluster to be solid Stainless Steel of 6 mm in thickness.

Balusters to be fixed using Stainless Steel M8 Fasteners with SS 304 grade hidden type metal

fasteners of approved make and approved size. Base of baluster shall be covered with 2mm thk

SS covering as per design.

Connections if required shall be done using Stainless Steel CSK M5*10 mm Screws

All contact surfaces shall be continuously welded and grinded smooth polished smooth/ rough,

bend/ curved at turning as per design, fixed/ welded with the Stainless steel balusters complete

as per architectural drawing.
