Multifunction Instrument Panel

The Forward/Reverse Control Lever is located just below the steering wheel for quick and convenient directional changes. Fingertip control of the solenoid controlled transmission reduces operator fatigue, and leads to more e�cient operation.

The compact and centrally located Multifunction Instrument Panel is easy to read and conveniently positioned on the operator dash.

The panel provides the critical information required to ensure operator safety, and indicate maintenance requirements.

The Light Control Lever operates both the headlights and directional turn signals within fingertip reach of the steering wheel.

The Steering Wheel with integrated Spinner Knob improves vehicle maneuverability, while the compact design allows for easy operator entry and exit to the cabin.

The Parking Brake Interlock feature requires the top button on the lever be depressed before the brake can be released. This ensures operator safety as the brake can not be accidently disengaged.

Not just a bolt-on afterthought, the Integrated Overhead Guard is designed right into the chassis, providing optimal protection for your operators.

As an integral part of the truck, the overhead guard increases the overall strength of the chassis for rugged durability, even when operating on uneven or bumpy surfaces.

For added safety and prevention of accidents involving the mast and forks, the optional Mast Lock System locks all lifting and tilting features as soon as the operator leaves the seat.

Stärke Professional trucks are built to be strong, stable, and reliable. With design features that keep operators safe, assure the operating life of the truck, and improve e�ciency, a Professional Series truck will o�er years of trouble free service.

The optional Speed Limiter ensures e�ciency while ensuring operator and worker safety.

The system electronically maintains the maximum travel speed of the forklift by controlling the throttle, while still leaving the operator in control of the truck.

In addition, the speed limiter can reduce maintenance, fuel consumption, facility damage, and tire wear.

Standard on all models, Tilt Cylinder Boots enclose the tilt cylinder and reduce rod scoring from dirt and grit, which can cause hydraulic leaks.

The Rear Combination Lights are mounted high on the overhead guard for maximum visibility and protection from potential damage.

High-friction brakes use non-asbestos shoes, ensuring operator health and safety.

Neutral Safety Start System

The Neutral Safety Start System requires the electronic F/R lever to be in the neutral (N) position before the engine can be started. This provides protection from accidents or damage caused by starting the truck in gear.

The Grammer Deluxe Suspension seat delivers exceptional operator comfort and flexibility. Ergonomically designed, the seat can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of operator weights and heights with both suspension adjustment, and generous forward and backward adjustability. The seat belt and backrest are fully adjustable, and the 2-piece design allows for weather drain.

The optional Joystick Hydraulic Control is available to control the mast’s lifting, lowering, and tilting functions. The attached armrest, combined with short joystick strokes, provide optimum e�ciency and reduced operator strain.

Built with rugged transmissions and industry-standard engines engineered for reduced noise and emissions, all Professional Series trucks provide a rugged power train designed to protect your working environment and operate with outstanding e�ciency.

Stärke Transmissions are engineered using advanced hydro-dynamics for precision, performance and smoothness, improving operator e�ciency.

Professional Series trucks utilize a single-speed transmission in all 1.5-3.0 ton models and a two-speed forward/reverse transmission in all 4.0-5.0 ton models, ensuring enough power for even the toughest applications.

All Professional Series mast assemblies o�er a 6-roller carriage for smooth operation, and a standard 48-inch (1220mm) high-load bracket for increased load control and operator safety, even at full capacity.

Each transmission is bench tested, disassembles easily for rebuilds and maintenance, and comes equipped with 10 disk clutch packs - with 5 steel, and 5 fibre composites.

The added Hydraulic Lift Cylinder Safety Check Valve prevents hydraulic pressure drops and assists the mast in controlling drop speed, avoiding crashes, preventing damaged goods, and minimizing excessive noise.

The Professional Series Hydraulic Steer Axle enables very tight steering angles resulting in great maneuverability and responsiveness. This design delivers exceptional durability and reduced maintenance when compared to traditional steering linkages.

ACCESSIBLE MAINTENANCE

RUGGED ENGINES

Designed for quick, easy access to the engine compartment under the floor boards, the Non-Bolt Floorboard reduces time and expense in regular maintenance.

A gas filled cylinder with automatic locking device, assists in opening and locking the Engine Cover. With the compartment locked open, technicians can quickly and safely access engine service points.
