LECTOR TRAINING… Do you have a strong voice and like to speak in front of people? Maybe God is calling you to become a lector who proclaims the Word of God at Mass. During Mass God speaks to us during the Liturgy of the Word. As a lector, you act as God’s spokesperson during this part of the liturgy. There is a training session for adult lectors on Wednesday, June 1st at 6:30 PM in the church.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTER TRAINING… A beautiful way to become more involved in the celebration of the Eucharist is to serve as an extraordinary minister of Holy Communion. To share the Eucharist with your fellow parishioners is a sacred experience. There is a training session for adults who would like to serve in this capacity. Eucharistic ministers must be at least 17-18 years of age, fully initiated in the Catholic Church (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist), and if married, have had their marriage recognized by the Catholic Church. The training session for those who would like to serve in this ministry will be on Wednesday, June 8th at 6:30 PM in the church.

BAZAAR 2016… The Bazaar 2016 committee will meet on Monday, June 6th, at 6:30 in the parish hall. All interested parishioners are welcome.

The Plant Booth will need plants for the Bazaar. It’s not too early to start rooting and saving your plants for our booth. We have small starter containers if you need them. Just ask. Any questions, contact
