JANUARY 2015 St. Paul’s Lutheran The Epistle Happy New Year St. Paul's! Stepping into 2015, we'll be enjoying worship using the popular Texas Kyrie liturgy with guitars and praise music in this time before Lent. "Kyrie" means Lord in the original Greek language of the New Testament. There will be praise song sheets in the pews for the call to worship at the beginning of the service. The choir invites the congregation to joyfully sing along in praising God during this time. We will begin using our pew Bibles instead of continuing to print all of the Bible readings in bulletins. Page numbers for the Bible readings will be listed. The readings will be read out loud as usual. We follow the wise men as we show up to worship and bring our offerings before the Lord Jesus Christ. We can all make a resolution to put first things first in our spiritual life as we bless the Lord! Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the faithful. Psalm 149:1 Peace in Christ Jesus, Pastor Nancy

The Epistle Happy New Year St. Paul's!

Stepping into 2015, we'll be enjoying worship using the popular Texas Kyrie liturgy with guitars and praise

music in this time before Lent. "Kyrie" means Lord in the original Greek language of the New Testament.

There will be praise song sheets in the pews for the call to worship at the beginning of the service. The choir

invites the congregation to joyfully sing along in praising God during this time. We will begin using our pew

Bibles instead of continuing to print all of the Bible readings in bulletins. Page numbers for the Bible readings

will be listed. The readings will be read out loud as usual. We follow the wise men as we show up to worship

and bring our offerings before the Lord Jesus Christ. We can all make a resolution to put first things first in

our spiritual life as we bless the Lord!

Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise

in the assembly of the faithful. Psalm 149:1

Peace in Christ Jesus,

Pastor Nancy
