One aim of Sunday Munch is to integrate all these groups into the life of St Mildred’s
What are we aiming to achieve? Prepare and support young
people for the future both morally and spiritually
Provide an opportunity for growing in age appropriate faith
Provide an opportunity for sharing beliefs
Create an environment and sense of belonging, love, fellowship, friendship and unity.
Lead young people to question, explore and deepen their spiritual and moral values
Have fun with faith
Provide an environment for ‘being heard’
Develop a sense of belonging and importance within the Family of St. Mildred’s Church. To feel valued in the congregation and community
Where are you and where are you heading? Sunday School
ENTRY LEVEL: Encounters (Uniformed Groups, Servers, Choir, Kick London, I Am Who I Am, SMART). Most of you are at this level already.This may be your first experience of Christ and the church; We aim to build relationships through actions and pastoral situations
SECOND LEVEL: Deepening (I am who I am, SMART, Sunday Munch)Some of you may be here!Deepening of the initial relationship; Deeper God content will be delivered through talks, discussions and activitiesTHIRD LEVEL: DISCIPLES (Sunday Munch) This is where we are heading!Deepening of the initial relationship; explicit God content delivered through talks,discussions and activities

The Plan for Sunday Mornings9:45am: Hospitality (Munch) - Tea and Toast(10am: Main Church Service Starts)
10am: Ice Breaker – An introductory, quick fire, fun type activity with the aim of ‘getting us in the mood’!
10.15/20am: Content (Bible Study, Discussion, Small Group Sessions) eg 5mins scene setting; 15mins discussion; 5 mins feedback
10.40am: Prayer Activity
10.45am: Join the congregation for communion
Prayer BoxWe will have a prayer box or thought box
where you can deliver any thoughts, views, worries or concerns that you have. You may wish to discuss these with others, it may be something for us to pray for or just to consider.
