OUR MISSION STATEMENT
St. Mary's is a community of believers dedicated to the living worship of God. As the only Catholic Church in Limestone County, our faith community reflects the ethnic diversity of the towns in which we live. We gather to fulfill our mission as disciples of Jesus Christ: we hear His Word, we celebrate the Sacraments and we witness His love to others. Our Christian witness consists of sharing our spiritual gifts with the grace of God and the example and prayers of our patron saint, the Im-maculate Conception, among us and with others - striving to grow in Holiness.
Let us welcome Fr. Jonathan Raia our main presider. Fr. Raia
is the Vocation Director in our Diocese and recruits, counsels
and assists seminarians during their formation to the priesthood.
Meet our Seminarian / June 15 My name is Jack Dressendorfer and I am a second year seminarian
from St. Williams in Round Rock, TX. I come
from a family of five, with one younger sister and
one younger brother, and I first felt stirrings of a
call to the priesthood when I was seven, but it
then left my mind until high school, as high
school saw a significant period of growth in my
relationship with the Lord. Around my junior
year I decided to act on these stirrings and after
retreats, entering into dialogue with the vocations
director, Fr. Jonathan Raia, and submitting my
application to the Diocese, I was accepted as a seminarian.
